Why do you use DivX and not windows media or real media like most sites ?.

It's an often asked question with a very simple answer. Part of our overall business ethic is to provide the best possible viewing experience and value for money. Just download the samples and player if needed. Compare the quality of our downloads with those on other sites. We promise you will have your answer then.

Will You be offering VOD Video on Demand, you know the type that plays when I'm on the web site. ?

We have thought about this and we don't discount the possibility. To be honest it doesn't gel with our commitment to quality, VOD at current is seriously crappy compared to the high quality of our downloads and you can't keep the movie, but if there are enough of you out there that really want this service let us know by email and we'll seriously consider it.

I've downloaded my movie and it won't play. ?

Movie won't play there are 4 possibilities:

1) Movie wont play at all, Most Likely cause you have quite old software players, you need to get a more updated version of your player, or simpler still get the free divX player from DIVX.com above that will play the movie and also add the divX codecs so you can play it in your current media player if you prefer.

2) You have the right player and codecs and the movie still won't play, Rare but it happens (a.) we have cocked up somehow or the movie on our server has become corrupted. Get in contact with us via email we take our customer service very seriously, (B,) Also rare. You have cocked up somehow but still contact us anyway we'll get you sorted.

3) The movie plays sort of, I can hear the sound but there is no picture. This is a classic and is easily remedied you are using a fairly old version of windows or real media player and you just need to update the codecs. The simplest way is to download the free player above it will sort out the problem even in your current preferred media player.

4) You have an ancient computer running windows 98 with a very slow processor and naff all RAM and old software: What the hell are you doing on broadband with a computer like that. Save up and buy a new one.

I've signed up with CCBILL and paid my money but when I type my username and password it won't let me in. ?

(Applies especially to customers who regularly use the same username and password for sign ups) The most common reason for this is that when you entered your user name and password into the CCBILL signup form you made a typing error, It's easily done I Webmaster of this site do it a lot . Double Check carefully the confirmation email sent to you by CCBILL the password and username in this email are the only ones which will work and they are CAPS sensitive.

If you are certain that you have input the right username and password (See Above) then although fortunately rare there is either a temporary technical fault in which case the problem will have sorted itself out before we can intervene, or we or CCbill have cocked up. We take our customer service very seriously please contact us asap and we will sort the problem out quickly.

You don't have a Credit Card (Or I don't want my misses asking what's this CCBILL Thingy on your credit card statement) can I still buy your download movies.

Not at the moment but we will be introducing SMS Text billing shortly, Sadly it will be more expensive because the greedy networks take half the billing price, but what the hell it's a whole lot less fuss than a fight, and cheaper than a divorce right?

If you don't have a credit card because you're not old enough to have one, bugger off , you're not old enough to be in here either.
